A doublecheck, please

I had that Pop-up in the corner constantly telling me, "Your computer is infected. Windows has detected a spyware infection..." I found your solution to a simular post that I found here, (https://www.techspot.com/vb/all/windows/t-42837-Popup-Only-Your-computer-has-been-infected.html. I followed threw with those steps, and just wanted to double-check that I got everything. Attached is my hijackthis.log

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Boot into safe mode.

Run HJT with no other programmes open, and have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = 127.0.0.1 <Fix this if you don`t use a proxyoverride.

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O9 - Extra button: Run IMVU - {d9288080-1baa-4bc4-9cf8-a92d743db949} - C:\Documents and Settings\IceMan\Start Menu\Programs\IMVU\Run IMVU.lnk (file missing)

Now click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Reboot into normal mode.
