Inactive [A] System check malware issue, please help

Tried doing all the steps from http://www.myantispyware.com/2012/01/02/how-to-remove-system-check-virus/ which directed me to run malwarebytes antimalware and tdss killer. My desktop wont appear and startup menu wouldnt start and Ive managed to get the startup menu to reappear. But it seems like the virus is still around and I don't want my identity to get stolen or passwords or anything like that so any help would be appreciated as I am not a tech junkie.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
