Acer Spin 1 Upgrade

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased an Acer Spin 1 with an Intel Pentium n4200 processor, and was hoping to make an upgrade. I'm thinking about the AMD Ryzen 3 1300x, but I have no idea if its compatible. If not, does anyone have any suggestions for a processor? I'm trying to play Warframe, but as of now it barely works. Also, I'm fairly uneducated in all of this, and so if I'm missing something please tell me.

Ok so first of all the thing with Laptops like the Acer Spin 1 is that the processor usually cannot be changed in most laptops, to change this you would need to buy a completely new Laptop. As for Processor the Ryzen 3 1300x is a Desktop Processor so you will not find the same model for Laptops. The same model found for laptops would probably be the AMD Ryzen 3 2300u.

Bear in mind that any upgrade necessary except for Hard disk, Ram or Battery would require you to purchase a new Laptop completely.

Best thing to do is possibly identify what your requirements are and update thread accordingly. If you wish to find a new system which can run Warframe and need any assistance don't hesitate to ask for suggestions.

You can not upgrade an Intel system with an AMD CPU.
