ActiveX Age of Empires II: The Conquerors Problem

I have a problem with the ActiveX of Age of Empires II : The Conquerors...
i dont get the toolbar of the ActiveX of age of empires so dos anyone know how i can fix that are got a program for it please help me i want to play Age of Empires II: The Conquerors online!
