am i infected with virus

everytime my laptop started this program regscan.exe also start and using up to 50% of my cpu usage, I have to manually end task it to shutdown... i'm just wondering this program is a virus or not...

Your system may well be infected with the Rbot infection.

Go and read this thread HERE and post a HJT log as an attachment into this thread.
