Antispyware, help

Hello everybody,
My PC is infected with antspyware, i have tried download some scanning software from the net in order to scan the Pc, this software can only detect but not repeir, anybody with an idea?

Download AVG free, Ad Aware 2007 and Spybot, all free utilities and see how it goes.
