Any good whiteboard app to draw basic diagrams and networks?

I miss a Windows app (best if it’s macOS too) to draw lines and shapes and network diagrams and add notes (switches, routers, etc). Something basic, not professional, to help me in my learning and teaching of networking.

I tried Microsoft Whiteboard but it seems not intended for this.

Any recommendations?
