I recently got my motherboard changed (ASUS).
I want to reinstall Windows XP on my computer. So I wanted to be sure about the drivers.

I got a CD with the motherboard. Will the CD have all the drivers I need (Audio Video BIOS CD/DVD etc)? I mean is the CD only for the motherboards driver? Or will it have all I need?
The CD just says Vista Drivers inside.
I just want to be sure so that I'm not left hanging without drivers.

I know I'll have to update them. I wanted to know if the CD will have the AUDIO, VIDEO, CD/DVD etc drivers or not. Or will it only have the motherboards driver?

If "AUDIO, VIDEO etc" is part of the Motherboard and not an addon card, then the Drivers CD will contain them
CD/DVD generic drivers come from MS (in the Windows install itself)
