Inactive Audio ads and IE pop ups

I've recently been having trouble with audio ads playing suddenly, IE pop ups while IE is not only closed but is not my main browser (Firefox) AND my volume is automatically lowered every couple minutes. I ran McAfee and IObit security 360 and the only thing that was found was 9 threats from IObit, just cookies though and it really fixed nothing. Shall I post a HJT?
