AVG or SuperAntiSpyware?

AVG has long had an anti-virus program. The spyware program is fairly new, so you may not get too many comments. Why hot go with the good and the known and the free?

For Spybot Search& Destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/

Spyware Blaster:

You should run at least two spyware/adware programs.

Thanks for the link. I do have Adaware. I'll look into SAS with more depth.
