Bad Icon

I have a girl in my dial up icon, and would like to remove it. I searched all *.ico and for "icons" but was unable to find the new one. Any ideas?

You can right click on the icon and choose properties. Then choose change icon...

From there you can choose any icon you want. It doesn't have to be anything in particular. Just as long as you know what it is.
