Bios password removal on D600 laptop... Can someone please help me

I am trying to remove the bios password from a D600..

I think you will need to contact Dell and prove ownership in order to get the master password. There may be alternatives... I had several 'hits' from googling 'remove password dell d600' - YouTube videos.
