D DelJo63 Dec 5, 2007 #2 First; good insight on your part -- protect ALL email addresses is a good policy! The easy way is to use BCC instead of the CC list. Each recipient will believe that he/she was the only person receiving the forward. If you do this frequently, create a Distribution List and then use that as the BCC entry
