Brdr Virus

I am having the same problem with the Brdr window popping up when I shut down my computer. I do not wish to restore - I would like to get rid of the virus. Each morning my Avast program detects the virus and I put it in the quarantine - but, when each evening I get the Brdr message and the same thing each morning.

What spyware has the solution to truly eliminate this bug?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
