Browser Hijacked Cant get rid of it

Ok I have run every spyware/anti virus program and fix I could think of and have done some reading. All to no effect. Please help. Running Windows XP Home SP3 on a 3 ghz pentium 4 sony vaio. Here is my hijack this log.

You have a System Back Door installed on the computer. this description is given:

Back door and remote administration programs

On Windows computers, three tools commonly used by intruders to gain remote access to your computer are BackOrifice, Netbus, and SubSeven. These back door or remote administration programs, once installed, allow other people to access and control your computer.

You need to get as much information as you can about system security. Start hhere:

Change ALL of your passwords. Monitor any online financial transactions.

Run this first:
Please download ComboFix HERE:

• With ComboFix, at the download window, please rename it to Combo-Fix(.exe) before downloading it.
  
• Please disable all security programs, such as antiviruses, antispywares, and firewalls. Also disable your internet connection.
  
• Run Combo-Fix.exe and follow the prompts.
  (Understand that things like your system clock changing and your desktop disappearing might happen. Do not worry, because all will be restored later.)
• Wait for the scan to be completed.
• If it requires a reboot, please do it.

• After the scan has completed entirely, please post the log here. The log will be located at C:\ComboFix(.txt)

Notes:

• 
  1.Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
  2. ComboFix may reset a number of Internet Explorer's settings, including making I-E the default browser.
  3. Combofix prevents autorun of ALL CD, floppy and USB devices to assist with malware removal & increase security. If this is an issue or makes it difficult for you -- please tell your helper.
  4. CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Follow with this:
Run Eset NOD32 Online AntiVirus Scanner HERE

Note: You will need to use Internet Explorer for this scan.

• Tick the box next to YES, I accept the Terms of Use.
• Click Start
• When asked, allow the Active X control to install
• Disable your current Antivirus software. You can usually do this with its Notification Tray icon near the clock.
• Click Start
• Make sure that the option "Remove found threats" is Unchecked, and the option "Scan unwanted applications" is checked
• Click Scan
• Wait for the scan to finish
• Re-enable your Antivirus software.
• A logfile is created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. Please include this on your post.

Attach both the Combofix report and the Eset log in your next reply.

Important! Disconnect your computer from the internet when you aren't using it

I recommend you uninstall this file sharing program immediately: uTorrent
P2P or 'file sharing Warning:
Note: Even if you are using a "safe" P2P program, it is only the program that is safe. I suggest that you uninstall uTorrent for the following reasons:

• As long as you are using file sharing networks and programs which are from sources that are not documented, you cannot verity that a download is legitimate.
• Malware writers use these program to include malicious content.
• Fie sharing is usually unmonitored and there is a danger that your private files might be accessed.
• The 'sharing' also includes malware that the shared system has on it.
• Files that are illegal can be spread through file sharing.

You probably won't be able to add a firewall or change AV until we get you clean:
I notice that you do not have a firewall. A firewall is an important part of "layered security" in addition to an antivirus and anti-malware program for spyware/adware. It can be a software program (Windows firewall, Comodo firewall, Zone Alarm firewall) or piece of hardware (as in a router) that helps screen out hackers, viruses, and worms that try to reach your computer over the Internet.Having a firewall will increase the security of the computer system. If you have a bi-directional firewall, it will 'listen' at both the ports coming in and the ports going out. The means that if malware does get on the system and tries to access the internet from within your system, it will be blocked.
* If you've set up a newtork between computers in your home, you need to have a software firewall on each in addition to the router you use. This will prevent malware from infecting the network between the computers.

• Zone Alarm

You should have only one software firewall. You may also use a router. Most routers have a hardware firewall in them. You can use both hardware and software firewalls together, but use only one software firewall.

Also consider replacing AVG with a more effective program:

Thanks for the tips. I ran combofix and it solved my problem when nothing else would! That was a quick fix Im extremely greatful for the tip!
