BSOD? help!

My system keeps crashing and i dont know whats causing it. heres the error message

ive flashed my BIOS but i do not know how old version is.

ive installed some games that edited my registry.

well its usually to do with you hardware drivers for a start, Ive had near enough the same issue with a logitech mouse .. when i installed the mouse-ware drivers which were included on the CD
turned out it was a simple driver update that i needed as the old mouse-ware drivers were not supported after a windows update.

if you dont have a logotech mouse then youll have to look at any hardware that youve installed recently..
and see if the drivers are up to date

thanks im going to try get firmware for my harddrives then go to vid card and so on and so forth
