BSOD; unmountable boot partition

Problem with Windows XP - BLue screen of death ! Tried to reboot from system disk and cannot get into dos even in safe mode -

error code is - Unmountable Boot Problem -
0x000000ED (0,80E3ACCo, -32)


Any help appreciated -
