BSOD

Hey guys, I have been having BSOD issues for as long as I've had this computer (while playing games mostly but also while surfing the internet, the occurrences are random and inconsistent some times I can be playing for a few hours and it will crash, sometimes 5 minutes) and I have been scouring the internet trying to find a solution the whole time and nothing I've seen suggested works. I have run memtest for 12 hours with only 2 fails on the 6th test, I have updated all my drivers, Installed a new graphics card, set BIOS to fail safe mode, run dxdiag with no fails, installed service packs and still I get the BSOD. I've attached some dump files so if you can spare some time to help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

This looks like a problem with your video driver, or your video card. What are your computers make and model?

It's a computer my mate built for me who has since been posted out to a different location and last week (and to be honest I think his expertise in computers is a lot less than what he claimed it to be when he said "Yeah sure, I'll build you a sweet gaming computer" because he has been unable to help with the problems I've been having). I changed out the graphics card, installed the driver that came on the cd that came with it, it continued to crash, and then I installed the latest driver off the manufacture's website and it still crashed
I'm Running:
-AMD Phenom II X6 1055T Processor 2.80 GHz
-6.00gb RAM
-Originally was running Radeon 5850 HD Graphics card, Changed it out last week to 7750 HD - still having the problem
-Gigabyte Turbo 3D motherboard
-Windows 7 home premium 64

Oh and I forgot to say thank you for taking some time to have a look at my problem mate, it is greatly appreciated. I have been pulling my hair out for years trying to sort this problem out myself, and everytime I think I've got the problem fixed, it happens again. I know I should just give up and buy a new computer but I don't have much money and I had to save up for a long time to buy this one and I'd really prefer to get it fixed.

Okay this is a memory issue that I missed "I have run memtest for 12 hours with only 2 fails on the 6th test" Any errors running Memtest86 are not good. Do you have 3 2GB memory sticks installed? If so, test them one at a time to find out which module is bad

Ok so I just finished running Mem test on each of my RAM sticks individually in the socket they came out of 7 passes each and I came up with no fails this time. Any ideas what I should check next?

Dxgmms1.sys is the main error I seem to be getting but like I said before I changed out the graphics card, installed the driver that came on the cd that came with it, it continued to crash, and then I installed the latest driver off the manufacture's website (yes this problem was happening with the old graphics card)

Yes I got one while gaming about an hour after the testing finished but then played for another 2 - 2.5 hours without getting another.

This is the BSOD that occured about an hour of gaming after I finished the Mem test. I ran dxdiag and it said everything was ok.

DXGMMS1.sys if flagged in the minidump so it could still be a video card or video driver issue. Sound drivers can cause this too
