Hi all.
I have a an Acer AOA150 netbook that originally came with Linux. I have since added some extra memory (half gig onboard and an additional 1gig stick) and installed windows 7 and in general it runs very well.
What I do see ocassionally is the blue screen of death which seems to be associated with the BugCheck error below...
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000008e (0xc000001d, 0x87561783, 0xa92bab00, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 122709-19624-01.
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me understand what this is saying (did have a go myself but failed!).
What I have tried to date is rebuilding the machine (several times). I have replaced the additional 1gig memory stick.
The other problem I notice is that sometimes when I download a file (recently happened with HP printer drivers) then when I try and run the file is fails and complains it is corrupted..
Any help appreciated.
Paul
