Building a computer

Hello everyone I've built computers in the past but never from scratch. What I mean is I've always cloned a hard drive. I am not familiar with uploading windows on a blank hard drive. I don't know if I must load up chip sets and drivers. If any one has any good tips I would really appreciate it.

Windows XP may need SATA drivers on a floppy. Everything else can be installed after Windows is up and running. You can use a CD or a USB drive or even network if your NIC was supported.

Other than that, just read the Windows installation guide and any tips in your motherboard manual.
