Buying discontinued parts

I wanna buy a be quiet! silent loop aio cooler but I don't know of a good site to buy computer parts that are no longer in production. What website should I use (preferably one that isn't too sketchy)?

The only place I've found to buy out of production parts is Ebay but they are almost always secondhand so a bit of a gamble.
