Can not boot up

Sceen went blank during boot. Can not boot up. Monitor @ display card ok.
Fans & lites ok. CPU heat sink barely warm after a few hours on.Checked 3,5,&12 v ok Does this indicate its the cpu?

did you upgrade anything, or have you tried booting from the os disk?

No upgrades, Sys wil not boot from Os disk. First problem since building it.
