Inactive Cannot start most services after fakeHDD attack

I caught a malware that kept displaying false alerts in rapid succession, and automatically installed a rogueware to "fix" said false alerts.

I then tried to clean it off via malwarebytes then combofix in safemode(with networking)
and it probably worked, maybe. :l

Now I'm left with a system that can't start most of its services(windows audio, Network connections, etc)
I get a
"Coult not start the 'servicename' service on local computer
Error: 1075: The dependency service does not exist ot has been marked for deletion."

I looked around and noticed my svchost.exe file missing, so I expanded one off my i356 folder, but I'm still having this problem.

I suspect I didn't completely clean the malware out?

Oh yeah, I'm on my laptop right now, as I could not get networking service to run, thus no internet on PC.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.

Never run Combofix on your own!

I get a

Restart computer to fix the issue.
