Can't change language Office 2016

I can not change the language of office

I do not have this option
"How di I get more Dispaly and Help Language from office.com"

please guide me

Install language accessory packs after installing Microsoft Office, to add additional display, help, or proofing tools.

• Install the language accessory pack for your desired language.
  
  
• Open any Office program, click File > Options > Language.
  
  
• Under Choose Editing Languages, make sure the language you want to use is added to the list.
  
  
• Under Choose Display and Help languages, change the default display and help languages for all Office apps.
  
  
• Restart all Office programs, so your changes can take effect.
