can't open task manager

hello my friend has a problem he can't open task manaager if presses ctr+alt+del or ctrl+shift+esc and didn't work and he tryed putting taskmgr in run it says it is being used by another program

Ask your friend to run Stinger from McAfee, he has the Sasser worm most likely
