Can't start new thread

Whenever I try to start a new thread I get:

Can you confirm in which forum? News and comments, for example, is only for frontpage news so it's restricted, all others are open.

You are right, there was a bad permission setting for those forums which I completely overlooked. Thank you, it's now all fixed
