Clowning around with pocket pc

Hey, i was wondering, is it possible to get like pocket pc programs installed on a regular pc or something, without messing up ur computer?

No. Unless you find a pocket PC emulator.

Pocket PCs use ARM CPUs that are totally different from x86. You will not be able to run any ARM porgram in your PC.
