Inactive Computer playing a radio at all times slowing down the computer

Hi There,

My computer just started playing what sounds like a radio station at all times, even when nothing is running. It plays anything from talk radio to Frosted Flakes commercials, to the Game of Thrones theme music (which is okay I guess), but it is really slowing down my computer. I did a scan with ESET and it did find something and remove, but it did not help. I have uploaded my scan log if anyone has any available time to help.
