Computer slow, followed eight steps, need an experts assistance

Hello, my performance has been getting steadily slower lately. I'm thinking it has something to do with spyware / malware or a virus. I followed the eight steps and am posting the logs, any help would be great. Thanks!

Uninstall Spy Sweeper
Uninstall SuperAntiSpyware
Uninstall Norton
Run the Norton Removal tool

Install Avira free AntiVirus, and run a full scan

Alright, I got rid of Spysweeper, um I don't have Norton...and with SUPERantispyware I thought I should keep it because it was in the eight steps or should I get rid of it? With antivirus I have Trend Micro...should I really get rid of it? I thought it was pretty decent.

Avira is better
By the way you do have Norton, as listed starting with Windows in your log
So run the tool
