Computers broken, need ideas

I have no idea where to post this because I don't know which part is broken.. Sorry.

CPU: i5 3570k (overclocked to 4.3 ghz)
Ram: 16GB Crucial
Video Card: Radeon 7970
Motherboard: GA-GZZX-UD3H
Power Supply: 850 Watt
HD: SSD + HDD
CD-ROM: whocares. :p

The problem: If I'm in an older game the PC can last for an hour or so before it will 'shut off'.. Monitor/mouse/keyboard wont light up but the case fans and lights still work (Case fans are hooked directly to the power supply not the motherboard) If I open a newer more powerful game the PC shuts right off (same deal, fans work etc.). The computer won't properly start up for at least 30 minutes, but after it finally boots it runs fine until I start playing a game. The computer does not appear to be overheating, Speccy says so :p. The CPU never gets above 60C (during a stress test, out of game its about 22C).
Took a guess, thought it was the motherboard. It's still under warranty, so I mailed it to gigabyte and they said they fixed it! It appeared they did because it worked a-okay for just over a week. Back to the same problem today though. ? Did the motherboard re-break? I don't understand why it worked for a week now when before it wouldn't go for a few hours.. Is it something else?

Side note, the computer is almost a year old. It worked a-okay for 9-10 months. Thanks!

Welp, he has a 5 year limited warranty.. I dislike the word limited but I can call the company tomorrow to try to RMA it. I don't have any spares that I can swap it out with to test =/ So before I spend money to ship it out is this just a guess? Or are you confident hes failing me? I'll gamble the 20 bucks if you're confident :p Its just the month of waiting I wont like.

=( That doesn't sound to confident. ahh maybe I'll just take it to a computer repair shop. May be cheaper/faster in the end. I'd feel like a failure if I ended up doing that though. :p
