Corrupt lhdx64.sys file

I am unable to boot my Lenovo G770 laptop. While booting it is going to system recovery mode and throwing up lhdx64.sys file got corrupted. how to fix this issue.

What needs to be done? need to chang the HDD?

Yes, the hard drive will have to be changed and Windows re-installed. If you can't do this maybe a friend or computer repair shop can do this for you
