Counter Strike Annoying Problem

I have recently installed Counter Strike : Source onto my computer. The first day I play on it everything was working fine, no problems at all. But then everyday from then on after a few minutes of being on a server it comes up with Connection Problems and either makes the models invisible or makes it so im in the ground.
How do i get rid of this problem??? Please help.

Please update your profile and add your system specs... since CSS is high quality game, we wont know what happen until you add your spec to your profile... im guessing you re on 56k

well im guessing that you re running too many application in background... kill it and try again or run the graphics on low

I have recently fount out the problem but do not know how to sort it out.
My internet connection cuts out when after a bit when im on Cs:s I do not know why however because i play on other internet games and do not recieve this problem.

check your connection type it in the options menu. make sure it is set to your connection speed.

or just try google bandwidth and click the bandwidthplace... test the bandwidth and paste the MB or KB here. that we will know how many good KB for your CSS
