Counter Strike: Source- Problems with finding servers and connecting to them

Hi,

I've had this problem before, but I solved it. But now it's come back again and I forgot how to fix it.

Basically, when I try and search for CS:S servers, I can find about 116 servers, but no more. When I try and connect to a server, most of them won't connect, and the ones that do connect take ages of pressing 'Join Game'.

The last time I solved it, I used something in my command prompt, and it was to do with my router, which is a BT Voyager 205.
