Critical System Error?

I keep getting the balloon at the bottom of the screen saying critical system error. How do I get rid of it?

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.


If after reading the above you decide you want to clean your system, do the following.


Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.


Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Well i found a thing called TREND micro and it got rid of it just running a scan. It is called housecall and it is a free scan.

That`s good, but you should still follow the instructions as it`s likely you have other infections.

You have not followed the instructions in the link I gave you. I.E You haven`t renamed HJT, nor have you put it in it`s own directory. You haven`t Installed, ran, or posted an AVG Antispyware log.

Please follow the instructions in THIS thread fully.

Then, post fresh HJT and AVG Antospyware logs.
