Dell D610 and D620 - slow

I have 2 models of Dell laptop having very slow performance. it is rather significant when both the laptops wake up from the hibernation (not standby). It took around 5 minutes before it responses to my mouse clicks (not Alt-Ctrl-Del, no nothing).

It is rather irritating, has anyone seen the same issue around here?

Are they both running the same OS and programs?

Yes

Both XP SP2 with the same way of building.
