Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter when trying to install windows

I've got 2 PCs and I have a windows 7 beta on a DVD.

We are using SATA DVD drives and SATA hard drives.

When I put the CD in to boot, I get Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter when trying to install windows.
