Display driver problems

My computer constantly crashes and the screen gets all messed up and this pop up says nv4_dsp driver is not working properly??? how do i fix this?

with the vast amount of information provided I'm gonna go out on a limb and say your PSU can't provide enough power for your card.

That's an error message that your drivers are messed up.
