Does SIS Mirage 3 support with Windows Vista Business

Hi,
I am facing a problem to create compressed texture using glTexImage2D openGL function, this function returns GL_INVALID_ENUM value, but working fine with other cardsl; does anyone know the solution of this problem?

please let me know the architecture of how to create compressed texture with Windows Vista Business.
