error deleting file

i keep getting that stupid error deleting file box pop up and i cant delete my files anyone know how to get rid of it please?

When are you getting this error message? What type of file are you trying to delete? Is it a running process?
Any extra information would be very helpful. That is what RBS was getting at, with such a bland explanation it is VERY hard to help you.
