extracting ziped file?

I want to extract all the files contained in it to a single directory on my PC.
and it should give me a .exe file.

you can download an evaluation version of winzip. Just search for winzip, which should come as a self-extracting .zip file. Install it, double click on your compressed file and you'll be able to choose the destination of the uncompressed files.
