Files created randomly

Windows Vista randomly creates files to my personal folder in my laptop. I do not know how to delete them. When I try to delete a message says:

The action cannot be performed because the file is open in another program. Please help me..

For this issue please run CCleaner firstly
Then once all those files have been removed

You can try Unlocker on the individual files that cannot be removed
