Finished 8 steps posting logs now what?

just finished the 8 steps and need to know what to do next.
recently have had alot of problems blue screen , search engine redirects and my cd drive is duplicated and i cant do anything about it.
i have mcafee and spybot for antivirus and spyware removal before i started the 8 steps. logs are posted please help
