Freeze redirect Dell 10 inch

dell keeps freezing and when i google i get first search page with pages to choose from

when i click to go to site i get a redirect . I have down loaded avira and done a scan

and it forund to items that were quarentined. but it still continues to redirect.

and as type or search or work it will freeze arbitrarly
