The internet icon shows local & internet but it won't go online.
This all started when he brought it to me showing me the Avast icon showed 1 shield not on. Long story short, I used revo to uninstall it & reinstalled it but it still shows one shield blocking & I can't get online.
I tried system restore twice,no go.
I've rebooted a few times & even safe mode with networking. Help please.
I even tried my bel kin use wifi adapter to no avail, friend needs it to connect to family , thanks.
