Games faster on sepereate hard drive?

1. Do games run faster if they were installed on a seperate(slave) IDE hard drive compared to being installed in the same(master) hard drive with windows?

2. If my windows was installed on an IDE hard drive, would my games run faster on a seperate serial ATA150 hard drive?

They wont run faster, but the will load up a little quicker.
