Generic host process for win32 services

generic host process for win 32 service has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

OS is XP pro SP 3 ( not SP2)


Please send me how to fix this problem

go to the Event Viewer (run->eventvwr.msc), click on System.

scroll the right panel and look for ERRORs; dbl-click
when you find the one reporting the svchost failure, click on the third button on the
right (just below the down arrow) which will COPY the information to the clipbook.
