This thing is killing me! I have Norton 360, but I seem to have gotten a virus anyway.

Okay, delete the temp files:
Temp-File-Cleaner
Turn off System Restore, turn it back on and create a new clean restore point

Thanks for your feedback. I haven't noticed the issue since I ran combofix, but I did run the the temp file cleaner and create a new restore point.
