Google Redirect Problems

About two days ago, clicking on results in Google searches began sending me to completely unrelated sites most (but not all) of the time. I did the 8 steps to removing viruses/spyware/malware and the problem has not gone away. I've attached the three logs as requested.

For background, I encountered a similar problem about nine months ago and was able to fix it using whatever instructions were on the forum back then. Once the problem went away, I purchased McAfee Security Center and have continuously run and updated that program. Nevertheless, the redirect problem returned.
