Inactive Google Redirects

I'm having problems with google redirects and some other search engines. Can someone please help? I've read some of the other threads, but everything looks user specific to me.

gmer problems

I ran gmer program a couple of times. Then I hit save and the program seems to lock up.
Any sugestion?

If for some reason GMER refuses to run, try again.
If it still fails, try to UN-check "Devices" in right pane.
If still no joy, try to run it from Safe Mode.
