Google searches in Firefox & IE are redirected to other sites. Please Help

Start off by saying thank you for looking at this thread!! I've completed the 8-steps and the logs are attached. I don't know what else to do. I've searched on youtube for help as well nothing seems to work to get rid of the problem.
